Tooth And Nail is a rogue deck first conceived by Rogue Deckbuilder and I give him a lot of credit. The combo revolves around efficiently ramping into Tooth and Nail then fetching Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Xenagos, God of Revels. Xenagos, God of Revels gives Emrakul, the Aeons Torn +15/+15 and haste then you attack them with a 30/30 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and they're dead. This can be done as early as turn three. If for some reason you can't combo off, your best bets are hard casting Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in modern, Hooded Hydra for 20 mana, or Pelakka Wurm. The splash of blue gives me access to Telling Time out of the mainboard for more consistency and Flashfreeze against twins or goifs or rhinos or grapeshot or everything burn related.
