The madness deck is the one that stood out to me most in the C19 decks. I wanted to build this deck a little different, instead of building into the madness/vampire theme I wanted to build into a deck that punishes everyone but me for discarding. I took inspiration from a Malfegor deck someone at my LGS plays. The two main wincons in the deck are Rise From the Dark Realms and a large Torment of Hailfire (eventually I will add a Conflagrate...). The main gameplan is to get the Anje engine flowing then land some stuff that punishes opponents like Opression and Liliana's Caress then start wheeling, making people discard and profiting from it. It's still a work in progress and it is not as tuned as I typically make my decks but it has been fun to play so far. I have considered doing the Worldgorger Dragon combo but that just seems too easy and isn't really that exciting to me. The new Chainer could also be the Commander of this deck but I really like the Anje madness engine instead of doing the reanimator thing. There's a lot of cards that I am considering as Maybes, some of which like Conflagrate, Flip Lili, & Painful Quandry will definitely be added once I can pick them up. Others might get swapped in if there are cards I find to be lacking in the main 99.
