Take advantage of goblin numbers and tribal boosts to aggro while having cheap and powerful global damage burn spells. Indiscriminately burn the battlefield to a crisp while attacking with extreme prejudice.
Damage Calculations
The person being dealt damage chooses the order of damage modifying effects. To assist opponents with this, the lowest damage order is Solphim, Mayhem Dominus resolving before Torbran, Thane of Red Fell. However, if Soul-Scar Mage is out, resolving it's ability first stops all further damage boosts. So your non combat damage will deal less damage to creatures, but the damage will be like napalm and stick as -1/-1 counters.

Damage spells are cheap, and provide early and devasting wipes before or after attacks: Anger of the Gods, Blazing Volley, Cinderclasm, Delayed Blast Fireball, Fiery Confluence, End the Festivities, Scouring Sands, Seismic Wave, Underworld Fires

Keep your Goblins happy by letting them at your opponents artifacts: Goblin Trashmaster, Sardian Avenger, Treasure Nabber, Fiery Confluence, Vandalblast
Torbran's trinkets and dwarven tactics give an edge on the battlefield: Adaptive Automaton, Soul-Scar Mage, Sword of Forge and Frontier, Strionic Resonator, Urabrask's Forge, Boggart Shenanigans, Brightstone Ritual, Battle Hymn, Reforge the Soul, Blood Moon
