Torgaar, Famine Incarnate is an incredibly flexible commander who is just as valuable in the command zone as he is on the battlefield, taxed or not. Effectively a sac outlet for 2B (as long as you throw 3 creatures into the bin) he can be used to quickly capitalize on vital sacrifice payoffs at the drop of a hat. The deck will drive fine even if you never bring him out, using a suite of potent auto-reanimation and dredge-type effects to fish key components out of your graveyard, and some alternative sacrifice outlets to help power the deck.
