With Torgaar, Famine Incarnate at the helm of a soft tribal rat deck with Rat Colony making up a majority of the creature base. Getting out either Jet Medallion or Bontu's Monument early means we can get Torgaar out quicker. And if we want take an opponent to 20 life. Or if we get low with all the paying life in black easily reset our life total to 20. Alternatively with Nirkana Revenant and either Cabal Coffers or Cabal Stronghold we can easily cast Army of the Damned for its CMC and its flashback for 52 power in one turn. The deck is best explained as "simply complex". Not hard to pilot, but some little things can be missed. Enjoy!
