Grixis control build attempting to use the potential of Azor's Gateway   to cast x spells for a lot like Ribbons and Torment of Hailfire. Pretty basic grixis control build with early game stallers like Magma Spray, Censor, Fatal Push and of course Cut to drag the game out until we can flip our Azor's Gateway  . Once we get it out we will be allowing a little more to slide for spells they cast, provided they don't target our Azor's Gateway   or cause other problems, and we will be using the instant speed looting ability a lot to never run out of ways to mess with our opponent. Once we get Sanctum of the Sun out, they will often just scoop, but if they don't, you can simply play your Torment of Hailfire or your Ribbons. With Search for Azcanta  , Glimmer of Genius and of course Azor's Gateway   we will easily be able to find our x spells, and with search for azcanta we won't even need to use Cut if we aren't playing a creature heavy deck, we can just pitch it to get even more card advantage.
