This is a blue black control deck, designed to control the board and hit eventually for lethal. Ruthless Ripper in sideboard is to stall early game or morph late game and kill an imposing threat if needed. The idea is to either swing with Torrent Elemental, or tap their creatures out with Icy Blast then hit for lethal (or close). Early game is a tad weak if i dont get a mindrot or duress though. Comment suggestions and +1!! This is my first attempt at B/U control and making torrent work.
