The Greatest Bicycle Race on Earth

What differentiates this deck from other attempts at Fluctuator + cycling to Laboratory Maniac combo, is the addition of Cephalid Coliseum and Tolarian Winds .

Cephalid Coliseum makes it alot smoother with its threshold ability which can be paid for by Lotus Petal, Remote Isle , or another Cephalid Coliseum. This ability replaces three dead cards in hand with three cycling cards. The same is true for Tolarian Winds , usually to a greater extent.

If we draw Tolarian Winds before hitting a Fluctuator , use it and discard your hand to draw 6-7 cards. This will help us find Fluctuator quicker.

Laboratory Maniac can be discarded and replayed with Unearth , if we need to lose it for more cyclers when activating Cephalid Coliseum or playing Tolarian Winds . On the other hand, we can play it straight up, if we have enough mana (which should be easy between Cephalid Coliseum, Lotus Petal and Remote Isle .

Remote Isle and Polluted Mire (in that order) are the preferred lands to play, if given a choice between the mono-color cycle lands.

If you are feeling lucky, put in Treasure Cruise in place of Tolarian Winds .
