Killer. Looks like the changes I made by swapping out Bump in the Night for Lightning Bolt and Dash Hopes for Terminate worked out for the best. Creatures seem to be much less of a problem now and I didn't lose my option of burning my opponents when they couldn't get anything out.

Though Tappedout said my mana cost to land ratio was perfect, I still kept noticing I didn't have enough red mana to cast what I needed, when I needed... but when I did, Burning Inquiry + Liliana's Caress was absolutely lethal for the cost.

I definitely need to acquire a playset of Dragonskull Summit in order to fix this and speed things up a tad though.

I still have yet to pull out Sire Of Insanity and I'm honestly questioning whether or not I want to keep him in the deck at this point. I've also noticed that I seldom have the mana to afford Crypt Ghast while trying to do what I do.

The only real help from creatures I've had is mostly from Desecration Demon and, at times, Nyxathid . This makes me wonder how much better the deck would do without the sire/ghasts, and some Hypnotic Specter or an additional Nyx.

I've yet to see the benefit of removing a Painful Quandary for a Breaking Point , but I still feel it was a good decision.

Try pulling out the sire for one of the card draw cards that I mentioned, playtest it a bit.

If I were to do that, I'd likely go for a Sign in Blood for myself. Some people consider it a problem that the opponents have no cards left to discard--I personally prefer to keep it that way. My whole point is to have the opponent locked down while my creatures & burns eat away at what's left of their remaining life total.

Honestly though, I could just remove Sire Of Insanity and replace him with nothing to increase the odds of drawing other things.

Oh pure at 65, yeah do that. How does choice of danmnations work out for you?

Don't you mean 64? Choice of Damnations has worked well for me, when I can afford it. I've played it only twice, both times with a Dark Ritual , I believe, but it's always a fun spell to play.

Do you have another suggestion as to what I should use instead?
