This deck was the idea of a friend of mine, after actually building it and playing it + fitting it for post rotation, here's the final build.

The main idea here is to get out Angelic Accords and then gain life in increments of 4 or greater, the main engine for this being Trading Post.

Opportunity is a great way to restock your hand later in the game, especially when you're too poor to get Sphinx's Revelations.

Assemble the Legion is an excellent alternate win condition, and good to have in case Angelic Accord gets hit by Slaughter Games or something. Haunted Plate Mail is fairly strong, also makes a great distraction while you're getting the components of your life gain+angel engine going.

I have a Jace, and I'm using the color, might as well throw him in there. Hard to make a deck worse by adding him.

Some of the toughest opponents for most control decks are aggro. Banisher Priest and Izzet Staticaster sideboard to a wonderful job slowing them down and running out the clock until the engine gets assembled.

I'd like a way to deal with Erebos, preferably through "exile target enchantment" other than Angelic Edict. 5 mana is gross.
