Traftless Hexproof Spirits

Casual Spirits

Ryanman

Sideboard

Creature (2)

Instant (6)

Sorcery (2)

This is a middling no-singles-purchased deck that's been buffed by some good trades. It's a little "by the numbers" but still pretty excellent. The goal is, essentially, to get to Turn 7. Between Cyclonic Rift and Aetherling, this deck excells at making an opponent comfortable before swinging for the fences over a clear board.

I wanted to focus on a hexproof board without buying Geist of St. Traft or Invisible Stalker. The cards seem "cheap" to me. Because of that, I'm trying to focus on heavy evasion and getting 2 Drogskol Captain out through soulsworn spirit/stolen identity (I need to get another, remove my keyrune, and add another Deranged Assistant). With the rotation of Innistrad coming up this deck will shift to American Control, but this is essentially the last version of this deck pre-rotation.
