I'm new to deck-building, but I have been lucky enough to gather a few blue and white planeswalkers, and they seem to play pretty well together. This deck is based around controlling the board until I can get a win condition, either through damage or planeswalker effects.

It's very heavy on the mana, but I've put the board sweepers and stall cards in there to (hopefully) keep me safe until I can get the Stonehorn lock going.
