A beatdown artifact deck based on ripping out a huge artifact creature early. Use Tinker to easily rip out Blightsteel Colossus, Platinum Angel, Akroma's Memorial, and any of the Kaldra Weapons by turn 3. Win by turn 4 at earliest, turn 5 usually. Revolves almost entirely around Tinker .

Well, this is transitioned from a budget deck that worked really well to a "budget" deck that works even better- and there's a even more deadly and expensive deck that I created from this: So THIS Is Why Tinker Is Banned.... I separated that deck from this deck because I'm still working on making this one and I don't have $120 to dish out on 4 copies of Personal Tutor.
