Strategy:

Early game: Porcelain Legionnaire, as a 2-drop, can wreak havoc when copied by Sculpting Steel and/or Phyrexian Metamorph, or when exalted by a Cathedral of War. An invincible Etched Champion can be used as an unblockable attacker or an indestructible wall: once equipped with Loxodon Warhammer or Batterskull though, it becomes a possible win condition.

Mid-game Volatile Rig puts pressure on the opponent and can explode to wipe the board of aggro, utility and mana creatures, buying me precious time. And if equipped with lifelink, an exploding Volatile Rig can generate a huge amount of life!

Mid/late game: At this point I start recovering early bruises with lifelink (Loxodon Warhammer, Batterskull and Wurmcoil Engine). Life gain can be huge in this deck. Against control, the recovery is made via recursion (Buried Ruin, Haunted Fengraf, Batterskull's reset ability or Wurmcoil Engine's tokens. Mind Stonecan be sacked for a card draw, and even Gargoyle Castle can be sacked for an equipable body!)
On the offensive, using Rogue's Passage or Etched Champion to directly hit the opponent with a fully equipped creature can end the game fast. The killing blow is usually done with a huge trampler, combining equipments on a single Wurmcoil Engine for example, or filling the board with copied fatties (via Sculpting Steel and Phyrexian Metamorph). Attrition also wins games in this deck, as it can recover lost life and creatures almost endlessly.
