It was asked why Zurgo was in the 99 instead of being the Commander of Trash Deck. So, took Trash Deck apart and now we're onto Trash Deck 2. Let's see where this goes.

In case you're not in the loop, LGS Chaff started when we found a pile of cards in the trash after a draft. Those cards were taken and were made into a EDH deck. Any card we find at the store being thrown out goes into the pool to build Trash Deck. People also gift cards to be used in Trash Deck, which is where the rares come from. Trash deck slowly changes as more cards are found, so it's a neat evolving project!
