Quite a simple deck:

Trash to treasure (occasionally copies with Ral, Storm Conduit) will draw the deck. Then discard said deck with Seismic Assault and win the game.

Glint-Horn Buccaneer also works, but creature removal is generally more used than enchantment removal. Also Seismic Assault can help deal with creatures if you have it on turn 3.
