The main goal is to set up Widespread Thieving and Thousand-Year Storm in order to cast cheap spells, such as Faithful Mending, and generate some mana back throughout the first few turns of the game. You then cast Prismari Command, Lorehold Command and/or Boros Charm (or Sacred Fire if you are playing the Explorer format on MTGA), Generating many copies of these spells to then hit your opponent. Chaining multiple copies of Galvanic Iteration beforehand can serve as an alternative to Thousand-Year Storm if you can't get it down safely.

I attempted to make this as budget friendly as I could. Replace the Pain Lands with Shock Lands if you can afford it, as the deck is very color intensive, and will hurt you more over the course of the game. The abundance of life gain from Faithful Mending should mitigate this.
