Sultai 3 color deck (Green, Blue, Black) that focuses on moving and or removing slumber or ice counters from it's creatures. I'm sure there are ways to make the deck cheaper using different land cards but these are the lands i thought would work best in the deck. This is the first deck I've made and i'm open to all feedback, thanks. :)
