Ah my tri-deck. I'm proud of this deck.

You're gonna want to get clues. In an ideal match you'll power up your green creatures, use the cheap instants to stall and investigate, and sacrifice them with Tireless Tracker and Graf Mole on the field. Standard clue stuff. Top is illegal, but if you're playing with friends it's a lifesaver. The goal is to survive until the midgame and have some power ups going on. If you can start to build up 1/1 tokens with Sigarda and Ulvenwald Mysteries by this point your going to start getting some serious numbers on the field. If you have moles don't be afraid to trade hits and leave yourself a little more open for extra damage on them, since you'll be healing and building your numbers at the same time.

You want to use cards like tamiyo's journal, briarbridge patrol in combo to pull anything from your deck and play it for free. So do your research to investigate the situation and get whatever card will allow you to keep control. If you have 2 moles on the field and a tireless tracker (maybe slap a rancor on him), the journal, ulvenwald mysteries and a briarbridge, you can take any card from your deck, get 3 counters on tracker, gain 18 life, get 3 1/1 tokens, and play the card you drew for free at the end of the turn if it was a creature. And still have all your mana open. Now that's a turn! If you can get three clues every turn (erdwal helps with this) you can do this everyturn. The lategame belongs to you if you can set up.

My favorite thing about this tri is that you can really feel each of the individual color's operating how they like to by nature and complimentary to each other if everything is operating at maximum potential. No matter what they throw out, you can build up numbers and power, gain your life, and pull exactly what you need. Do your research, take one from the spirit of Tamiyo herself, and you'll be able to gain the knowledge needed to achieve victory.
