White Knight and Silver Knight are a couple to consider.

I would consider splashing in green for Collected Company and Knight of the Reliquary and maybe one or two Become Immense but at that point putting shock and fetch lands are to good not to and that will be cost some money if you don't have them. One more thought the ramp of Harrow with a Flagstones of Trokair is really good even if one land is tapped but ramp isn't what's important in this deck.

interesting idea, but I am looking to keep this mono-white. Collected company is cool and all, but i can't really see what else i would pull for it. The most I was willing to entertain was Wilt-Leaf Liege and only because I can keep the land base the same.

Collected Company makes a lot of sense in here and the green splash would allow you to run Knight of the Reliquary as well, which is one of the best knights in the game when paired with fetch lands and Gavony Township. Leonin Skyhunter is easily removable, it's pretty much your worst creature. As is Kinsbaile Cavalier and 1 or 2 Brave the Elements.

@Saljen, Looking to do mono-white. Leonin Skyhunter is for flying support. I thought about pulling the Cavalier for 2x Elspeth, Knight-Errant though...

Elspeth, KE is definitely a better finisher than Kinsbaile Cavalier.
