Tricksy Goblinses

Standard UR (Izzet)

Sideboard

Izzet Good Stuff.

Ral Zarek is mainly the pivot of the entire deck, either killing your opponents creatures, bolting your opponent, or untapping lands so you can have counter mana up.

The main fun combos of the deck revolve around making your spells cost less with Goblin Electromancer and inflict massive damage to your opponent with Guttersnipe and your counter magic. Also, a 1 mana Divination that also deals damage to the opponent is pretty hilarious. You will need to use some sneaky tricks sometimes to win before your opponent, for example, while Guttersnipe is on the field, you may need to Syncopate your own Lightning Strike for 0, just to kill your opponent in a pinch. Stormbreath Dragon and Keranos, God of Storms are the big finishers of the deck.

The sideboard is where we get really spicy. Catch / Release is mainly used against superfriends deck to take their planeswalkers right before they can use their ultimate so you can use it. Or use it to take something crazy like a Xenagos, God of Revels and use it on Stormbreath Dragon.

Essence Backlash is used against red/green monsters or any sort of variant. Gainsay and Negate should be put into any control matchup. Skullcrack is sided in if the control deck gains life using something like Sphinx's Revelation. Finally, Mizzium Mortars is put in against aggro to wipe the opponents field.
