Have you considered trying Ajani's Pridemate instead of the 4x Lightning Helix? With all the lifegain he'll grow faster than Champion of the Parish, and another beater is always helpful.

Removal is needed 4 helix fills the role, pridemate is always too slow and this deck too situational

Why the Flagstones of Trokair? No one's destroying your lands. It just makes Clifftop Retreat worse.

They're white fetchlands that don't cause me to pay life, legendary rule means I can tap a flagstone play another flagstone fetch a sacred foundry and at least use the mana from the second flagstone, need a ruling on if I can pay 2 life for the foundry not to come in tapped

You have the option to pay the life, but it will still come into play tapped, because the Trokair trigger trumps Sacred Foundrys ability
