NOTE: I'm innthe process of getting the cards to sleeve this up. It remains untested, so far...

The deck's goal is to cast all 3 Bant Epic spells at the same time, then win the game with our epic prowess. To accomplish this, we need a few pieces of setup:

  1. Casting sorceries at instant speed. We need to put all 3 epics on the stack at the same time, so we need effects like Quicken or Alchemist's Refuge
  2. Mana, SO MUCH MANA. The 3 epic spells cost 25 mana together (plus quicken or other costs). I've never been a fan of Infinite mana, so we'll need many sources of mana. Fortunately, our colirs give us all the doubling enchantments (that type will be relevant shortly). We even have enough to only run the selfish ones.
  3. We need fuel for the epic spells to be suitably... Epic. Eternal Dominion is self sufficient. Endless Swarm wants us to have no max hand size (who caps at 8 snakes a turn?!). That just leaves Enduring Ideal, which wants enchantments...

So, since we already needed multiple enchantments in the setup phase, and the epic package will only demand a portion of the deck, lets go full Enchantress with the rest!

Once you've pulled of a multi-Epic stack, remember to be careful how you stack triggers. Resolving Eternal Dominion first will give you the most info, but you'd need Enduring Ideal first if you wanted to stack Craterhoof Behemoth + Opalescence borrowing a craterhoof from your opponent.

Notable cards/combos. These are the combinations to win the game once you setup a multi-epic. Which you go for dependson the board state and what you pull from your opponent's deck:

  • Paradox Haze - Two upkeeps means two of each Epic trigger a turn. Probably the target for 3/4 of tge initial Enduring Ideal searches.
  • Opalescence/Starfield of Nyx + Acseticism - The fairest wincon. This works well with snakes from Endless Swarm, and can be setup even without epics. It's probably best to tutor for this when you find some way in your opponent's deck to buff a huge field.
  • Form of the Dragon + Phyrexian Unlife & Sandwurm Convergence - The classic psuedo-immortality setup upgraded for complete immunity to combat. Form of the Dragon makes ground creatures unable to attack you, and resets you to 5 life every turn. Sandwurm Convergence makes flyers unable to attack you either. Phyrexian Unlife then protects you from burn and life loss, as they have to get you negative to starting dealing poison damage, and you reset to 5 everty turn. It's probably best to avoid Starfield or Opalescence if you assemble this setup.
  • Helix Pinnacle + Mana Reflection/Zendikar Resurgent/Mirari's Wake - A simple wincon: put 100 mana in the bucket, and win. Best if you assembled a couple of the mana "doublers" naturally, so that only one is left to find. If Helix Pinnacle is destroyed somehow, Dragon Roost is a good backup mana-sink for 2x-4x mana.
  • Axis of Mortality + Form of the Dragon - Form will set us to 5 life. Next upkeep stack Form's Burn trigger, then Axis targeting the same player. They swap with your 5 life, then take 5 damage, dying in a blast of vampiric dragon-fire!
