This is my first Modern Deck that I am considering to play a, I have never played Modern before but i have watched the format quite a bit.

Varolz is the focal point of this deck. I wanted to make a Golgari deck but changed it to be a jund deck because it seemed a little stronger and could do better since lightning bot is such a powerful removal spell.

The Main

The Vexing Devils are in this deck to be 4 +1/+1 counters with Varolz for one red mana. Lotleth is there to be my beefy low drop creature that I will place my counters on since he has Trample and regenerate. the goal of the deck is to be suicidal and beat the opponent as fast as possible. Abrupt Decayis one of the best pieces of for removal ever printed imo.
