My mono blue control deck for controlling tables of 3+ players( usually 6+). It is a pretty straight forward deck. You got your Stasis + Frozen AEther hard lock combo with the addition of Glacial Chasm so you won't take any damage on top of that. Chronatog is your win condition, skip a few turns so everyone draws out before you. You got 16 counter spells in addition to the lock, 8 of them being potential free and 4 seconding as a tutor. Between Forsaken City / Vedalken Mastermind and Chronatog there is lots of ways to pay/avoid paying the upkeep costs on cards.
