I'm tired of people telling me that a blue white deck never wins. I want to make a deck that makes some red decks cringe. It seems a little far fetched, but I will do my best to make this happen.

If you have any suggestions on what I could do to make a blue white deck fast and some what cringe worthy, please tell me.
