This is Thrasios and Tymna Shuffle hulk. The deck can win a few different ways, but the main game plan is to Flash a Protean Hulk and with the death trigger grab a Viscera Seer , Blood Artist , Nomads en-Kor , and Cephalid Illusionist . From there we can mill ourselves as many times as we want. There are two results of this, either we mill Narcomoeba and when it comes back you can sack it to Viscera Seer, triggering Blood Artist. Then you can continue milling until you hit Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to shuffle your graveyard back into your library and begin the loop again. If we hit the Ulamog first, we can just continue the combo at instant speed with the trigger on the stack, milling the Naromoeba, then sacking it and letting the shuffle trigger resolve. Because of this unknown, we cannot propose a shortcut, but it is deterministic as every iteration will result in a Blood Artist trigger.There are a few other routes to victory though, Thrasios in the command zone acts as an infinite mana sink for Lion's Eye Diamond + Auriok Salvagers . As well as Necromancy + Leonin Relic-Warder for infinite death triggers alongside a Blood Artist.
