Puss in boots, kittens in mittens. Cat Tribal EDH
I need advice with card draw!! Skip to the bolded section "Where I need your help" below. Read "Future Plans" to understand more about what I want to do.

Future plans:
The next evolution of my deck will be an expensive one. I believe that this current iteration of my deck is very close to hitting the ceiling because I have gone as far as I can go with tribal effects and enchantment pumps like Shared Triumph. While spells like these are powerful, they are also easily removed and my deck tends to lose momentum after boardwipes. Darksteel Forge and Avacyn, Angel of Hope can protect my boardstate from wraths, but their high cmc means my cats and equipment will remain vulnerable in the early game. I believe the solution is to move away from weaker tribal based enchantments and into artifact ramp and card draw. Starting with Metalworker. With a deck full of equipment and other artifacts I hope Metalworker will contribute massive ramp advantage. In addition, adding cards like Gauntlet of Power, Obelisk of Urd and Caged Sun in place of cards like Honor of the Pure , while more costly (cmc), may help Metalworker churn out more cards to expedite recovery after a boardwipe. These cards will also help ramp on their own even if metalworker is not in play. The solution is not to fight boardwipes and removal, the plan is to recover so fast that it becomes disadvantageous for opponents to use them. There is one MAJOR flaw in this plan: Card Draw.

WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP:
If my hand is empty, the deck stagnates. I start topdecking and will inevitably lose due to the low mana curve of my deck and its reliance on board state. Cards like Bane of Progress and Vandalblast take away any artifact card draw engines and are a "Game Over" for me. I'm struggling to find a solution. The best answer I can come up with is Martyr's Cry . The idea being that if I suspect a wrath is coming I can preemptively play Martyr's Cry to kill my own tokens> draw more cards> play more spells> win more games. With Vedalken Orrery out I may even be able to play it in response to a wrath effect. But one card is not enough. I need help finding other things that can draw me cards so I don't lose a topdecking war. Cards like Loreseeker's Stone, Staff of Nin and Carnage Altar. Recommend me some cards and strategies, tell me what you think is and isn't a good idea for this deck.

About the Deck:
I started building this deck as more of a silly gimmick, but have quickly fallen in love with it. It is now my go-to EDH deck when playing casually with friends.

Kemba, Kha Regent according to EDHRec the most common monowhite commander, is both the strongest and the weakest aspect of this deck. Her ability to create tokens gives players two different win conditions: Voltron, and TribalWhiteWeenies. Building a Kemba deck requires that a player balance both of these for maximum advantage.

The Cats:
As it turns out, there are a surprising number of good creature cards that fall under the cat-tree. Leonin Abunas is invaluable. You're going to be throwing down a lot of good artifacts and you want to keep as many of them as possible in play so that Kemba can keep squirting out her adorable 2/2 kittens. Leonin Shikari can be a nightmare for your opponents, especially once you have Puresteel Paladin out. Instant and free equip speed means that once blockers are declared you can swap all your equipment from a blocked creature onto an unblocked creature for maximum damage then back onto your Kemba in time for more free 2/2 Kemba kitties next turn. It also means that if a creature is targeted by an opponent's spell you can instantly transfer Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots onto that creature for some free protection.Leonin Relic-Warder is cheap removal that will get a boost from your tribal cards. Finally Regal Caracal gives every cat in play (including cat tokens) +1/+1 and lifelink AND gives you two 1/1 cats which immediately become 2/2s.
