This is basically a typical tribal fliers deck, starring my favorite creature type: Birds. A few proliferate cards ensure that Kangee will keep gaining counters and turning his flock into a force to be reckoned with.

Bird tribal is surprisingly well supported, with a card all the way back to Homelands block, Soraya the Falconer, a shining star in a dark time in Magic history.

The most powerful card in this deck is probably Storm Crow. All hail the Crow. All praise to the Crow.
