This deck is meant to abuse the power of Utopia Sprawl and Arbor Elf to win the game through either Death Cloud or Triskaidekaphobia. Tree of Predition comes in handy when trying to combo this way. The deck plays similarly to a control deck, with some nice beaters in Tasigur, the Golden Fang and Gurmag Angler. Night's Whisper allows for card replenishment. Collective Brutality and Alms of the Vein help to drain the opponents life total while also helping to bring yours up. Fatal Push and Abrupt Decay as well as Collective Brutality make up a largely effective removal package for creatures. Pack Rat can become a huge late game threat if left unchecked.

Sideboard

2 copies of Acidic Slime come in against Tron and other land important matchups as well as enchantment and artifact removal.2 copies of Torment of Hailfire can replace the 2 copies of Death Cloud in a matchup like control where Death Cloud might not fare as well.2 Copies of Thragtusk for burn matchups2 copies of Creeping Corrosion for Affinity matchups1 copy of Bontu's Last Reckoning for a cheap sweeper.3 copies of Duress for control and non-creature matchups.1 copy of Primal Command for utility2 copies of Nihil Spellbomb for graveyard decks.
