Is Eldrazi Winter getting you down? Just Ethereal Haze them! Preface, this is a Turbofog deck that wins by Sphinx's Tutelage because it's hilarious and super fun. This list is highly meta dependent! For example, if your facing Eldrazi and Affinity mainly put the Leyline of Sanctity in the sideboard. If you're playing against Burn, Scapeshift, Jund/Abzan mostly keep them in.

That being said, let's get to the business. I need to make the deck, at least, semi-competitive because it's not fun to lose to the modern staples over and over again. My first attempt at the deck was Turbohaze and it just wasn't good enough, for a few reasons:

Anything that is cast in modern that is targeting us is really bad for us! I sideboard in 4x Leyline of Sanctity nearly every match. So, let's start the deck with 4.
Isochron Scepter is easily hated on! It results in too many 2 for 1's, removed.
Delay is bad. I thought it would be good because we could be given an extra 3 turns to draw cards, but I was wrong. Let's just play Remand

What's new?

Cryptic Command is too versatile not to play.
Path to Exile in the sideboard to deal with pesky creatures (see Eidolon of the Great Revel ). Interestingly, it can thin the opponents deck for better Sphinx's Tutelage triggers.
Snapcaster Mage: I won one through a random drawing, but my budget doesn't currently support an additional (I think 2 would be ideal).

I will try to provide updates for version 2.0 and refine the deck to be as fun as possible but also semi-competitive.

I went 1-2 (we didn't play a 4th match because there wasn't a great turnout).

Match 1: Junk, this matchup is better thanks to the Leyline of Sanctity. Game 1, I drew poorly and he destroyed my card draw engines eventually I ran out of fogs (loss). Game 2, I was about to stabilize but I made a very poor play Detention Sphere on 2xSiege Rhino at 6 life. He Abrupt Decay my Detention Sphere for the wombo combo. Loss 0-2
Match 2: Merfolk, great matchup. Won 2-0. Merrow Reejerey+Aether Vial leads to some interactions that are very problematic to our mana, should board in Path to Exile against the deck.
Match 3: UW Control, a pseudo mirror match. This was the first time I played against this deck. I won the first match pretty easily, but post board my opponents deck was much better (I misboarded, to be fair). Gigadrowse, Dispel, Swan Song, and Surgical Extraction should come in. Gigadrowse is basically an uncounterable fog, Dispel and Swan Song are great counters, and Surgical Extraction can thin his deck of counterspells (our life total is more-or-less irrelevant).

The deck is super fun and I am getting a lot better at playing it. My counterspell sequencing is weak and it's the next part of my game to improve.
