Now, let's move on to the cards:
Ancestral Recall: This card is generally a card I am happy to find in my opening hand. It provides card draw, but usually I would rather have Timetwister or Wheel of Fortune, since you typically have less than 5 cards in your hand. Plus, this card enables a secret second win con: mill. With a full playset of Timetwisters you can infinitely cast this on your opponent. Overall, a strong card in this build.
Black Lotus: This will make you laugh: this card is so-so in the deck! Although undoubtedly the best mana source in the deck, most of the time you will not use all 3 mana the fabled Lotus gives you. Don't get me wrong - this card is incredibly helpful, but I would not keep a hand simply because it has one or more Lotuses in it.
Blightsteel Colossus: This deck's core and main wincon, the feared "One Shot Robot" can kill your opponent as early as turn one. You can hardcast him, but I would resist keeping a hand with him in it unless you can cast him with only the mana in your opening hand. I keep 2 in the deck, since the game becomes much more difficult if they exile Blightsteel somehow.
Demonic Tutor: To be honest, I originally did not have this in the main deck. "2 Precious mana? Child's play!" I decided to play around and give Mox Jet a real use. but since then this card really has grown on me. If you have Lightning Greaves and 3 mana, congrats, you've won! If you have Blightsteel on board and 2 mana to spare, you've won! Worst case scenario, it's a ritual/filter effect hybrid in the form of tutoring a Lotus.
Lightning Greaves: One of this deck's many broken cards, this cheap artifact allows your Blightsteel to attack and likely kill your opponent on the first turn. Pretty self explanatory.
Lotus Petal: Since your opponent will most likely die or concede turn one, this is the (Second) best mana artifact available to us. Black Lotus but 1/3 of the strength.
Mox Jet: This free Black mana is used as a filler in casting most spells, but is the only true Black source for casting our Tutors.
Mox Pearl: Yet another Power 9 card. Gives White mana only used in fillers.
Mox Ruby: Like the aforementioned Moxen, the Ruby lets us cast Wheel of Fortune. Since Wheel is so good, I am running 3 Rubies for the ability to reliably cast it, but not 4, since we only have one use for Ruby.
Mox Emerald: I am running this as a 1-of since it is the weakest card in the deck. It does not let us cast anything special, just a filler and helps with Mox Opal's Metalcraft drawback. Also helps cast a boarded in Berserk.
Mox Sapphire: Our most useful Mox and 4th best mana source, the Sapphire gives us the Blue mana needed to cast out card draw spells as well as the game-ending Tinker.
Mox Opal: I am running only 3 since while it is all 5 Moxen combined, there is always that rare case when you have less than 3 artifacts on board, then it is useless.
Time Walk: Duh. Who wouldn't want a bonus turn when you can use all of your rocks again. For 2 mana. Enough said.
Timetwister: A free recycle of all your Lotus Petals, Tutors, and aforementioned Ancestral recalls back into your deck. Oh, and you also get 7 cards, which is nice.
Tinker: This is the best card in the deck. For 3 mana you get your Blightsteel out, at the small cost of sacrificing a tapped Mox. A small setback for a turn 1 kill. If this resolves, it is almost certainly lights out for your poor opponent.
Tolarian Academy: This is the deck's only land and 3rd best Mana source. It commonly nets 3 to 5 blue mana, and with Time Walks you can have multiple out.
Wheel of Fortune: The only Red card and 3rd best card draw in the deck, the Wheel replenishes our hand at the slight cost of discarding 1 to 2 useless cards. Since we have mostly 0 cost cards, our starts our very explosive and it is not unlikely for us to cast 10+ cards on the first (and only) turn.
Yawgmoth's Bargain: Wow, what a great card! I was a little skeptical at first, but this card is an absolutely amazing card draw engine, the best in the deck! I am only running 2, since BB in the cost can be a little problematic sometimes, and this card is a dead draw if you have less than 6 mana. BUT, if you have 6 mana and >10 life you essentially won.
MAYBE:
Dark Ritual: this card may work, but it definitely needs testing. The BBB can be a great boon in casting Bargain, but that's pretty much it. Besides, unlike Academy and the Moxen, it is a one-use instant that goes straight in the GY.
