Not good enough for you? Its okay, wait, then boom or stone rain him the second he plays.

Still not doing anything? How about T1 Master of Cruelties? ensuring he never get's a creature that doesn't die blocking him, or an Ashen Monstrosity for 7 damage right out the gate that won't stop

If you don't get the perfect hand, boosting an Everflowing Chalice to a 3 turn mana generator on turn 1 will be sure to get you the above off in only few turns as well.
