Mr.Button ok I will let you know when it's ready :)

In terms of adding removal, why not mainboard Ugin, the Spirit Dragon in exchange for Sarkhan Unbroken since Sark's plus ability doesn't seem to have been a major factor in the initial ramp strategy to get to atarka or ulamog. It also adds a major threat by turn 4 if you miss on Atarka or Ulamog in your initial draw.
Another idea for sideboard is Feed the Clan. Granted Nissa's Renewal is a nice 2 for 1 given the theme of the deck but with only a 1 of in the main deck getting access to some lifegain (likely 10 life when played) could give you the added time you need for this deck to finish what it wants to start.
Great deck, I would love to build this and hit up FNM. Any chance it may see more play from you tomorrow/this coming weekend?

As a person who plays Allies might I suggest Radiant Flames for removal, instead of a spot removal spell like Wild Slash?
Taking out one or two of my Allies doesn't phase me.
Boarding wiping most of them, although I do have answers in the Sideboard, slows me down heaps more.
Here's my deck if you want to use it to playtest: Triple A

bold44 those are both great suggestions, thank you. I hope to play tonight or tomorrow.
Argeaux thank you so much for that insight. Allies is popular in my meta, so I will try and work in some more Radiant Flames. Was using Wild Slash for Lantern Scout and in case they try and prevent damage but sweeper is better idea. Atarka also helps with removal, and I just added Ugin for his removal. Also Ulamog can hit 2 permanents but in multicolor decks I'm often going for their dual lands. Appreciate the input!
October 16, 2015 3:02 p.m.
I'm currently building this deck and all the playtesting that I've done on average I can get ulamog out turn 6/7 because it's not always a perfect draw but this deck is still extremely explosive

kutcha yeah when you get a good hand it goes smoothly, but even if not you can usually get enough threats to buy yourself time. Try and hold up flipping your Rattleclaw for a smaller dude as it will add a couple turns to cast a fatty. Also people tend to forget Obscuring AEther can become a 2/2 at instant speed for as a "surprise" blocker. That way you don't have to block with a flipped Rattleclaw or Shaman. Let me know if you make any changes and how they work, I'm still trying to tweak a few spots. Thanks for the feedback!
October 21, 2015 2:27 p.m.
have you thought of possibly having a second conduit in the deck for the fetch capability of ulamog and it drops the mana cost by 2 for first creature spell each turn think if you had two out
October 21, 2015 10:59 p.m.
I would put a second one in the side board and remove rending volley cause the radiant flames is a catch all that way after game one if you feel you got the mana but not ulamog fast enough a second conduit increases your chances of being able to get ulamog by turn 4
October 22, 2015 12:25 a.m.
But for main board I would cut sagu he doesn't really flow with this deck other then he is big
October 22, 2015 12:33 a.m.
I almost want to say get rid of the surrak dragon claw and add another nissa's renewal or add one mountain to the deck
October 22, 2015 12:42 a.m.

kutcha The one good thing of Surrak is that he not only prevents countermagic but also gives Ulamog trample. If I pull Mauler I could put in Conduit. Damn these decisions occupy my mind!
October 22, 2015 1:35 a.m.
I understand the point of surrak but with only one in the deck the chances of actually getting it out are very low the threat against aggro and dieing before you get a board state is more real that is why I would suggest the second nissa's renewal over the surrak
October 22, 2015 8:46 a.m.
So total changes I made wereMainboard:+1 conduit of ruin+1 nissa's renewal+1 mountain-1 surrak dragonclaw-1 obscuring aether-1 sagu mauled
Sideboard-1 rending volley-2 savage knuckleblade+2 dragon master outcast+1 plummet
October 22, 2015 5:22 p.m.

kutcha roger that, I like those changes. Will try and pick up another Conduit after work, have the rest.
October 22, 2015 5:49 p.m.
also one last thing have you thought about the Blighted Woodland instead of the blighted cataract?
October 22, 2015 7:29 p.m.
So I went 2-1-2 last night I should of gone 4-1 but the 2 ties reached time and I hade the board state on the opponent
October 24, 2015 12:40 p.m.
so i spent some time thinking abou this last night and i made a copy of this deck that doesnt get ulamog out quite as fast but makes it so you can survive longer let me know what you think http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/spin-on-turn-4-dragonlord-atarka/
October 25, 2015 12:50 p.m.
Surely Hooded Hydra has a place here!
Blends in with the morph
Gets better with loads of ramp
Can be flipped for only 2 cmc if manifested
Creates loads of creatures to suddenly make Shaman of Forgotten Ways second ability fun
Would suggest instead of Whisperwood Elemental, but then you have to scrap bulletpoint 3.
November 14, 2015 6:27 p.m.
Jimmy_Chinchila says... #23
HenkSpank I'm actually not super happy with Whisperwood, feels like most of the time I'm not manifesting good cards, but lands I need. Not dealing with as many sweepers as spot removal lately either. Problem is they work best in unison as I'd really only wanna manifest Hooded, and Whisperwood is the source of my manifest. Will experiment, thank you for suggestion!
November 14, 2015 6:52 p.m.
Then perhaps Woodland Bellower? Put another rattleclaw or shaman on the board.

Jimmy_Chinchila Modern, I don't know how much it will add, except older eldrazi, but it would be interesting to see...
