The goal is to get boots or elixir on the field early with a few mana creatures, then pump out more mana creatures who can tap immediately. once the field is large enough, drop card draw or doubling chant then card draw. (optional) Once Akroma's or paradox engine is on the field it's pretty much GG. Once your library is on the field, equip a few creatures with boots and swing with Akroma's.

I didn't put many lands in this deck because as long as you have one in your opening hand, you're good. your opening hand should have a land, at least one 1-drop elf, and some form of card draw. Other cards, ideally, should be one of your artifacts, an arch-druid or karametra, or possibly a doubling chant.

I've tested this deck and seen it deck work on turn three, but usually by turn 6 this deck will mill itself out. If you're in need of more protection for your early ramp creatures, swiftfoot boots is a good swap in over thousand-year.
