First deck posted on tapped out. I wanted to make an izzet deck out of what I had on hand. The deck works but I don't get the consistency that I crave. I'm currently running 70 cards and I'm hoping to drop down a few and really get this deck to be more consistent. Help greatly appreciated.

The easiest win condition is win by Guttersnipe. Although, this is easily countered by clearing them out early, which is why I feel the need to keep the other creatures since they get bigger as I cast spells.

The earlier version of this deck always stalled out, so I made up for it by adding Fate Foretold, Inaction Injunction, Mercurial Chemister, and Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius.

My second win condition is the power of Nivix Cyclops, Spellheart Chimera, and even the Weirds as they get quick pumps with my instants and sorceries.

Any suggestions and/or tips would be great.

(Keep in mind that I have limited copies of many of these cards, but will put out the effort to get other copies.)
