I really like the idea for very cheap removal. It's just hard to figure out what to cut for Crack the Earth

your maybeboarded Trinisphere would be pretty amazing in this deck with such early LD options. Your turn 1 Boom/Bust idea has me thinking of new cards for my own LD deck, which needs some speeding up.

Sowing Salt is cute, but I don't think you need it, to be honest. It costs too much for what it does. At 4 Mana you'd be better served playing Avalanche Riders or Ember Swallower , or paying 1 more mana for Deus of Calamity

I also don't like Foriysian Totem for similar reasons.

very cool deck though. Hope you don't mind if I steal some things from it lol

I really don't understand the purpose of Foriysian Totem but I could just be missing something.

It can be a creature, and, more importantly, is a nonland mana source. This means that you can cast Bust if an opponent gets too many lands out without having to worry about crippling your own mana base, since you have Darksteel Citadel s for colorless mana.

Yeah a lot of people try to tell me to get Mind Stone 's etc. but 2cmc is pretty full, so I would never play it. But I figured a 3 drop isn't bad and I would play more often.

decks that play boom bust should be playing a set of fetch lands, as you can target you own fetch then sac in response and not be down a land plus with crucible they can be re-used

About your SB: are you reeeeeaaally sure you want to play Blood Moon? It would f*ck up half of your combos... :/

Maybe Deus of Calamity as a win con rather than shivan guy ecause he is not stalled as easily.

Could two of your basics be Bloodstained Mires?

If you need a finisher, Roiling Terrain can do decent damage. Even if you do remove several of their lands from the graveyard, it has the potential to get that extra bit of damage needed to mow them down

Demigod of Revenge could be a good beater that recurs

this is actually really strong (and sadistic too )! Lightning Berserker could be a decent wincon! Squee, Goblin Nabob could be a pretty interesting (by interesting I mean hilarious) addition, as it could shut down decks that're able to drop an un-lightningboltable threat before you lock them down.

Hi i also have a deck likt this although it's R/W check it out if you like. Cataclysm

As for cards,

  • Tyrant of Discord, he's expensive but can be a complete boardwipe in addition of being a nive beater
  • Roiling Terrain, if you play this on turn 4 while you could destroy a land every turn it destroys a land and will do 4 damage for 4 mana, not bad. It becomes more effective against grave decks.

I think Detritivore is the perfect finisher for this deck. I know it might be a little expensive in mana and you like to remove their lands, but it fits the theme of the deck so perfectly. I can't say that about any other finisher.
