Using the Blue Prism idea but with more counters and mill as a win condition instead of just Rise from the Tides.

Favorite interaction is Brain in a Jar into Day's Undoing on the opponent's turn. If you have a Sphinx's Tutelage out, it mills for a minimum of 21. If you have two Sphinx's Tutelage that's a minimum of 35.

Forgotten Creation allows you to draw new cards every turn, triggering Sphinx's Tutelage and then cast your sorceries on opponent's turn with Brain in a Jar.

Every time you cast a blue spell you gain life thanks to Prism Ring. That little bit of life gain is necessary because the deck is a little slow to ramp up.
