The idea here is the Mulligan aggressively until you've got 2 lands, enhanced surveillance and a card capable of surveilling in hand.
Your top deck manipulation handles things from there as you ruthlessly cut through the deck 10-12 cards at a time.
Unmoored Ego and Creeping Chill are our best weapons. Ego will systematically dismantle our opponents decks, usually lands on the first hit and then wincons on the second/third/fourth/fifth hits until it's not actually possible for them to win anymore. Chill maintains our life total while chunking away at opponents for free as we're digging for our next surveilling card.
If something you look at off the top doesn't suit the exact situation you're in then ditch it, you'll go through the deck fast enough with the surveil shenanigans that you'll find a kill spell or blocker by the time you need it.
Gaea's Blessing is our fun tech here, it can't ever actually be cast but it works like an Eldrazi Titan and recycles our graveyard so that we can keep going without fear of ever decking out.
Cards that got cut-
Doom Whisperer- too slow, costs too much Mana for what we're after
Nightveil Predator- casting cost is too restrictive and usually dies on a single block, Mystic is more efficient in every way at redzoning/blocking and is very nearly as difficult to remove due to it's absurdly high toughness
Nightveil Specter- I don't care what's on top of the opponents library and it doesn't surveil ours
Thoughtbound Phantasm- doesn't block fliers, can't red zone like Spybug can
Blood Opperative- doesn't surveiled
Obviously the land base could be better, watery grave and drowned catacomb both should be at 4 copies each but I didn't have them so they're not on my list.
There are plenty of "turbo" surveil lists out there. They're slow. Mind numbingly slow compared to this. If you don't see your entire library 2-3 times over the course of the game you're doing something wrong.
