I want a Merfolk deck with the ability to make lots of dudes and do tappy untappy fun nonsense, white's good at that so Kumena is out. Tuvasa has utility so lets Summon the School and make some wide tappy boards and get up to shenanigans, maybe some silly suboptimal infinites or just massive pump or denial moves.

Not sure how much out of theme stuff I want for combos, e.g. panharmonicon would obv make a lot of stuff go down. Doubling season feels cheap but is in literalcy expensive.

Cradle it Iltimoc obviously is an awesome thing to untap and with a way to repeatedly pay to untap it we go nuts e.g. urban burgeoning

Spreading seas is important for several reasons, islandwalk, draw and denial of good lands

To be purchased once at least Ixalan rotates out, maaaaaaybe Ravnica too but that's 2 years

Combo components?: Deeproot elite creates counters for every merfolk drop, infinite merf, infinite counters

Temur sabertooth or other bounce can probably go infinite with even something as simple as Jungleborn Pioneer with the right engines

Shapers of nature provides point of exchange between mana counters and draw though not a great one

Planning notes:

Tap means it taps itself to do a thing

Taptarget are key and want to be tapped (Growing Rites), some of which can't tap themselves without help or attacking (Fallowsage)

Untap means it can untap itself or others

Tapper taps other

Tapsmatter just likes tapping to occur

Freyalise is 1 way to make tappers tap for mana, find the others

Posssibly use some Convokes?

Cheap Enchantments are a good way to exploit the commander each turn, possibly ramping with land buffs, list in sideboard to be whittled

+1/1 have flying simic guy? Biomancer familiar helpfuil?
