at least 2 Plains.

the intended purpose of the 8 fetch-lands is to bolster the production of tokens from the Emeria Angel, if you get an angel in your opening hand, try to stall on dropping lands after you have placed at least 4, and then play the Emeria Angel, and then immediately after if you have one, play one of the Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds to produce 2 immediate bird tokens. the secondary reason for the fetch lands is because they act to the effect of spot holders for 2 cards each, effectively controlling 16 cards, which will result in drasticly speeding up the deck by thinning it of the bulk. as for equipments, they are up to the player for what they get attached to, i have no real preference where i set them outside of keeping them all on different creatures if i can help it. that helps with reducing the opponent's ability in reducing the equipment effectiveness.
