Elves is my first tribal love. It started with Green only but the addition of black add a lot of possibility and it play a quite story line role with Gilt-Leaf Palace.
Some cards in the description might not be in the deck list anymore, as the deck evolve I could change the description and remove old cards but they are still viable and this could give some ideas to other :)

LANDS
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx : As this deck play only green but need to start only one copy of Nykthos is enough and can provide strong mana burst if needed.
Cavern of Souls : Color fixing and fight against control decks.
Gilt-Leaf Palace and Blooming Marsh : Best G/B mana for the deck.
Pendelhaven : Not necessary but it might help in some situations. As a legendary land, a 1x is enough
Forest : Best land ever! Come untap, no need to pay life and give you to cast all thoses pretty elves.
CREATURES
Elvish Mystic, Llanowar Elves and Heritage Druid : Mana acceleration!
Nettle Sentinel : Beatdown and combo so well with Heritage Druid.
Elvish Visionary : Basically a cycling card who add power to the board.
Dwynen's Elite : Beatdown!
Elvish Archdruid and Ezuri, Renegade Leader : The original combo of the deck. Basically win the game if they are both here.
Shaman of the Pack : Ridiculously powerful with Collected Company. The damage is a good way to close games quickly without attacking (killing through a Ensnaring Bridge feels good).
Reclamation Sage : Good piece of removal.
Instant
Driven / Despair : Replace Lead the Stamped as it can add some interactions/evasions and draw roughly the same amount of cards. The discard part is definitely the reason we run it in the deck. The card advantage incremented in this card is stupid. +3 for cards for you and -3 cards for him, you see where i go here.
Collected Company : 100% value card. 4 mana, 2 creatures, instant speed. The card is borderline broken in this deck.
SIDEBOARD
Sideboard evolve as the meta change so some cards come in and out frequently but you will find here some cards that have come in the side at one point :
Essence Warden : Gain life. Stop infinite creatures combo.
Melira, Sylvok Outcast : Stop infect.
Scavenging Ooze : Stop dredge/graveyard combo deck.
Reclamation Sage : Stop affinity and help against some enchants/artifacts (Ensnaring Bridge/Worship).
Elvish Champion : Good against all forest deck.
Phyrexian Revoker : Stop some combos and planeswalker (Ugin, the Spirit Dragon/Oblivion Stone/Aether Vial).
Bow of Nylea : Multi tool, +1/+1, kill delver.
Fecundity : One way to fight board wipe.
Lead the Stampede : Help agains't board wipe too!
Beast Within : Destroy waht you can't deal with.
Creeping Corrosion : Destroy affinity and lantern.
Fracturing Gust : Bye affinity, lantern AND bogle!
