This is a deck based on Jacob Van Lunen's 2009 article 'Sugar and Splice'.The aim is to enchant a single land (hopefully a karoo land) with multiple enchantments which each make the land tap for at least one additional mana. Then, when that land becomes tapped, any spell with the Arcane subtype allows a spliced Psychic Puppetry to untap it, generating free mana as long as there is a spell to splice onto. The goal is to untap repeatedly with six mana on one land, repeatedly casting Petals of Insight until Grapeshot is found, then storm for unbounded damage (hopefully).
