Basically an EDH based around the rarely-used M:tG mechanic of flipping coins. There are plenty of cards to fill out the deck, and with cards like Planar Chaos, Chance Encounter, and Krark's Thumb, the deck can win. Without a true coin-flipping general, Niv-Mizzet makes a good substitute, as who would appreciate such a deck more than the super-smart dragon himself?Feedback is always appreciated, though not necessary.
