Budget restrictions: no Timetwister.

Main combo:

Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Wheel of Fortune. Mill your deck till you get to cast Angel's Grace from your graveyard, then keep cycling wheel and deck your opponents. Strongly advised to go with Silence first.

Plan B:

Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace. Draw your deck, cast all fast mana, cast Silence, Underworld Breach then Windfall twice to deck your opponents.

Strong enabler: Intuition. Use it to bury Underworld Breach, Sevinne's Reclamation and Lion's Eye Diamond. If you have a wheel in hand and enough mana, you can go off, otherwise recast Intuition and bury a wheel, make sure you have enough cards in graveyard.
