Magus Lucea Kane is a commander with ridiculous potential, so we'll be exploiting that. Besides the obvious Tyranid theme, there are two approaches. The first is counter synergies, taking advantage of her Spiritual Leader ability to make sure they trigger. The second is abusing X spells, using her Psychic Stimulus ability.
