This is my take on the famous UB controll as you can see I try to take the best of early version as of the UB dragons.

3 counters to look at You have Silumgar's Scorn that will help you to counter early drops or when is curving out and in the long run u will have your dragons to make him a full counter spell

Dissolve is one of the best counter-spells in standard right now giving you only good stuff for your counters

Dissipate I know this is not one of the most famous counter-spells although as the meta as changed and you have things like Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor is good to know when u counter this nasty things they will not come to haunt you in the future.

SideBoard Explanation:

Mirror Matches: They going to be long as hell expect a draw, but you will have the tools to beat them. You can sideboard in disdainfull stroke for the Dissipate so you can win in stacks of counter-magic. As you will sideboard in Pear Lake Ancient it is going to grind the removal spells they have and you can always send him back to hand. Cranial Archive as I said this is gonna be a long long match and you don't wanna lose cause you run out of card do you?

White/Green or Abzan: You will see a lot of Den Protector and the Deathmist Raptor so you will bring more of the Dissipate taking 2 Dissolve so you maintain the curve and you try to don't let them recycle cards. Following this logic I decided it wouldn't hurt me if I take one Hero's Downfall and bring in the old and super effective Silence the Believers. And you can take away the one Crux of Fate and go with 2 Perilous Vault. If they are counting on you counter spell something and they will bring it back from the graveyard you have to adapt and take that option form them.

Red or token decks: Well first game probably is gonna be hard for you. 5 turn they will try to take you for lethal and you cant counter spell 3 little things with 4 of mana. So in here the strategy will be go down the curve and put more removal spells.
