Maybe try running 1-2 Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker . It costs 5, but can boost your Consuming Aberration and get your Jace's Phantasm to a 5/5 early on. Also, Breaking , Mind Grind , and Mind Sculpt can help you mill much more then Thought Scour for a lot cheaper.

If you want, check out my U/B mill deck, Dimir Mill (FNM). I love Mill decks, and yours is definitely one of the better ones that I have seen.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but a Sage's Row Denizen could own face considering you have a lot of cheap blue creatures and your talrand's drakes would trigger its mill.

And if you decided to run Sage's, a double Fairy Impostor could allow you to mill 2 for 1 mana endlessly, but that might be too much altering to a deck you seem to have put a lot of thought into.

Not bad. Definitely needs Breaking I also use Cipher cards in my mill deck. Mill-enium Falcon

To much thing to do to keep it working and no spot free, so I just can't play Breaking . Anyway, Paranoid Delusions fits this deck much better and I don''t really like cards that only mills. I need my cards to be of more help.
Thanks for the comment

I would suggest maybe Liliana's Reaver Good creature with discard on a stick.

Thank you Cyber Locc for the suggestion, I'll think about it.
And thank you for the +1. I'm happy you like the description. : ) It took me a lot of time to make it. If you like the style, please also look at my apocalypse zombie deck, it took me a lot of time too and also look at frkparent's deck. He's the one who inspired me to make those descriptions.

Breaking , Mind Sculpt and Tome Scour are great cards, but doesn't fit this deck very well. Each of my card, other than Paranoid Delusions does something more than just milling and even Paranoid Delusions can at least trigger my other cards multiple times.
Thanks for the suggestions. : )
