I like this suggestion! Mindcrank is usually used with Bloodchief Ascension for an infinite mill combo, but the Duskmantle Guildmage looks a little easier to pull off.

If you are looking to axe Wight of Precinct Six , there are some really strong two drops in standard right now. Perhaps Augur of Bolas or even Black Cat ? If you want you can borrow my Snaps for FNM.
Sign in Blood is a great addition; solid card. But in a long game against a more traditional control deck, you are going to get crushed with card advantage. Perhaps Staff of Nin ? At least one to go with the Jayce on the sideboard.

I'm not sure I understand Mindcrank . If you're doing enough damage for that to matter, then you're going to win by damage not by mill. Right?
EXCEPT. Infinite combo with Duskmantle Guildmage ! Which would be mean but entertaining. Perhaps two of those as a backup win condition?
