U/B Control Thopter (Modern MTG Deck)

A blue & Black Thopter deck. Counter everything I dislike on my opponent side of the field. Let my thopters do the damage and my Hangarback Walker play offense or defense. Also make you mill with the new thopters that comes out to defend. Every time a thopter do combat damage from Thopter Spy Network I fill my hand back up again.

If I have to change my game plan I can turn this into a mill deck with Sphinx's Tutelage. I can side board all my draw power cards and make you mill also at the same time. I will have a hand of defense from my opponent. I draw at least one each turn on both players turns.
